Most of our fresh-cut arrangements stay vibrant for 5 to 7 days, depending on the variety. To maximize their lifespan, we recommend:

• Changing the water every two days.

• Trimming the stems at a 45° angle.

• Keeping the bouquet away from direct sunlight, drafts, and ripening fruit (which releases gases that make flowers wilt faster!).

Absolutely. We love bringing your specific vision to life. Whether you have a favorite color palette or a "must-have" bloom, our florists can design a bespoke piece just for you. Please note that custom requests are subject to seasonal availability. If a specific flower isn't in season, we’ll suggest a beautiful alternative that maintains the same look and feel.

Yes! We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time, Monday through Saturday. For specific time slots or rush deliveries during holidays (like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day), we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our drivers will:

• Attempt to contact the recipient via the phone number provided.

• Look for a safe, shaded spot to leave the flowers (weather permitting).

• Leave a door tag or send a text notification letting them know where the bouquet is located.
